Hendrick (Henk) Hartong III, Chairman Hendrick (Henk) Hartong III, Chairman
Henk is CEO and Chairman of Brynwood Partners' three most recent funds (Brynwood V, VI and VII) and also chairs the Executive Committee. Henk joined Brynwood in 2004 as a managing partner following the divestiture of Lincoln Snacks Company, a Brynwood III portfolio company where he was the President and CEO from 1998-2004. Prior to joining Lincoln Snacks, Henk was Vice President, Marketing for the video developer, Activision. He also held various sales and marketing roles at Baskin Robbins USA Co. and Nestlé USA, Inc. Currently, Henk serves as Chairman of the following Brynwood Partners investments: Back to Nature Foods Company, LLC; Harvest Hill Beverage Company; Joseph's Gourmet Pasta; Pearson Candy Company and Sunny Delight Beverages Co. Henk holds a B.A. from Layfayette College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Timothy (Tim) Voelkerding, President Timothy (Tim) Voelkerding, President
Tim joined the business in June 2004 as VP of Finance and Treasurer. He moved to his current position in February 2016. Prior to joining Sunny Delight, Tim was Assistant Corporate Controller at Cincinnati Bell, a publicly held Cincinnati-based telecommunications provider. Previously, Tim was the Vice President, Finance/Controller for Armor Metal Group/Cincinnati Industrial Machinery, a division of Eagle-Picher Industries. Tim began his career at KPMG, a global provider of assurance services. A native of Cincinnati, Tim enjoys golf, basketball, and running. He is a graduate of Xavier University.

Brian Grote, Chief Financial Officer Brian Grote, Chief Financial Officer
Brian joined the business in 2005. Prior to joining Sunny Delight, Brian was North American Controller at Perfetti van Melle, a privately held global confectionery manufacturer. Previously, Brian held financial management roles with Milacron, Inc., a global manufacture of plastics processing equipment. Brian began his career at Arthur Andersen, a global provider of assurance services. Brian is a Cincinnati native and a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.

Jim joined Sunny Delight in 2016. Prior to joining Sunny Delight, Jim was Executive Vice President of Marketing at DeMet's Candy Company and held a number of marketing positions at Lincoln Snacks, Fort James Corporation (now Georgia Pacific), and NestleŽ USA. Jim holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago. In his spare time, Jim enjoys golf, reading, and volunteer work.

Joe Spinazola, Sr. Vice President of Alternative Channels Joe Spinazola, Sr. Vice President of Alternative Channels
Joe joined Sunny Delight in 2016. He has spent more than 25 years in sales roles of increasing responsibility within the consumer products industry at PepsiCo, Unilever and Reebok. Joe has domestic and international experience in product and market innovation, strategic customer and category management, shopper insights and organizational development. He has extensive experience in multiple beverage categories including chilled, carbonated soft drinks, shelf stable juices, coffee, tea, enhanced water, and energy and sports drinks. Joe holds a business degree from Westfield State University, lives in Massachusetts and is a fitness enthusiast.

Greg Ogborn, Director of Purchasing Greg Ogborn, Director of Purchasing
Since joining the company in 2008, Greg has developed effective derivative tools for the risk management of HDPE resins and diesel fuels, as well as more traditional agricultural and energy hedges. Greg has over 30 years of experience in purchasing and supply chain roles in the baking, snack and specialty chemicals industries, most recently as Senior Manager, Supply Chain for Penford Products Co. (Ingredion). A native of Southeast Kansas, Greg holds a B.S. in Milling Science and Management from Kansas State University. He is an avid cyclist, bicycling to work daily.

Scott joined the company in 2009. Throughout his career, Scott's focus has been driving efforts to improve both business results and employee engagement. Prior to joining Sunny Delight, Scott held several HR and supply chain roles at Procter & Gamble, as well as HR leadership roles within the pharmaceutical and automotive industries. A native of Arizona, Scott holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He serves on the Board of a local school foundation and mentors aspiring Eagle Scouts.

Shawn Roberts, Vice President, Chief Information Officer Shawn Roberts, Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Shawn joined the company in March 2007 as Global Information Technology Manager leading Application Support and Infrastructure Support for North America and Europe. Prior to joining Sunny Delight, Shawn served as the Sales Operations Director and an Information Technology Operations Manager in the Biotech/Pharmaceuticals industries with a focus on Customer Relationship Management and sales force application support. He also has extensive experience in data management and systems integration. In his spare time, Shawn enjoys golf, reading, coaching, and spending time with his family. He is a native of Zanesville, Oh and received his MBA from Northern Kentucky University.

Kevin Singletary, Vice President of Manufacturing Kevin Singletary, Vice President of Manufacturing
Kevin joined the SunnyD business in 2013 as the Atlanta Site Director and was promoted to Vice President of Manufacturing in 2014. He has more than 20 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Engineering, Reliability Excellence, Technical Training, and Sourcing. His experience includes applying Continuous Improvement and Lean process methodologies for turnaround strategies; business acquisitions and developing high performance teams. Kevin served seven years in the Army. Kevin earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida and a Masters in Operations Management from Kettering University. He enjoys fishing, golfing, and traveling with his family.
